GENERAL


  1. These terms and conditions should be read together with any vendor and/ or agents terms and conditions. These can be obtained at the point of purchase from the official ticket agent. Your purchase of a ticket/s constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

  2. The organiser of this event is S&C Productions. Reference to the organiser is made where applicable in these terms and conditions.

  3. Where local or national government guidance or changes in law come into effect which may necessitate an addition or revision of these terms and conditions the organiser reserves the right to do so. Notification of any such revision or addition will be displayed on the event website and communicated to ticket holders by email.

  4. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law. Any dispute in connection with these terms and conditions will be under the jurisdiction of the English courts.

  5. Camping will have its own terms and conditions, and will these will be communicated to camping customers on purchase of a camping ticket.

AGE POLICY


  1. All ages are welcomed at this event. Those 17 years and under need to be accompanied by an adult of 18 years of age.

  2. Proof of age may be requested on entry (acceptable forms of ID are a valid passport, valid photocard driving licence or a photo ID card with the National Proof Of Age Standards Scheme – PASS – logo). Failure to produce a valid ID may result in access to the event being denied without refund.

TICKETS & ENTRY


  1. Tickets purchased from unauthorised sellers may be voided and entry refused without refund.

  2. Tickets cannot be resold unless resold using the official ticket agents resale platform.

  3. Tickets cannot be traded, used as a prize or for any other promotional purpose by any individual or organisation without the permission of the organiser.

  4. Tickets must be valid, presented in full and not tampered with to gain access to the event site

  5. If tickets have been obtained in breach of these terms and conditions, or if you enter or attempt to enter the event site in breach of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right to refuse you entry or evict you and you may be liable to legal action. Voided tickets will not be refunded.

  6. Entrance to the event site is subject to agreement to being searched. See Security section.

  7. There is no re-admission for Day or Weekend ticket holders on the day. Once you have left the event site you will not be able to return until the following day.

REFUNDS, CANCELLATION & POSTPONEMENT


  1. Refunds will only be offered in the event of a total cancellation or material alteration to the event.

  2. If only one or more (but not all) days of the event are cancelled, then only a proportionate refund may be offered.

  3. Material alterations are deemed to be changes, which in the organiser’s opinion, amount to a material change to the event which ticket purchasers could have reasonably expected.

  4. Material alterations do not include changes to the line-up, poor weather, late starts or early finishes (where the majority of the event has taken place).

  5. If the festival is postponed, tickets will be automatically transferred to the new date(s) free of charge. If you are unable to make the new date, you may request a refund. We will communicate options to ticket holders via email.

  6. Refunds should be requested from the point of purchase.

  7. Refunds of booking fees and/or order fees are subject to the T&Cs at the point of sale.

  8. Refunds will not be offered in the event of customers wishing to purchase a discounted ticket type, having already purchased at standard price(s).

  9. Refunds cannot be offered across different ticket platforms / vendors, or in order for customers to switch ticket platforms / vendors.

    SECURITY


  1. You may be body and/or bag searched at any time and anywhere on the event site by a member of security or detection dog. This is a condition of entry.

  2. Any item which could reasonably be considered as a weapon, or used as a weapon, or which could cause harm or distress to another person will be confiscated and not returned.

  3. Any person in possession of an illegal item/substance or conducting an illegal activity will be refused entry or evicted without refund and may be handed to the police.

  4. Any person whose behaviour is deemed by the organiser to be disruptive, dangerous or inappropriate may be refused entry or evicted without refund.

  5. CCTV will be installed and in operation throughout the event premises and at arrival and departure points. 

PROHIBITED ITEMS


  1. Bags larger than A4 size are not permitted into the main arena. One bag allowed per person (unless you are camping).

  2. As well as items mentioned elsewhere in these terms and conditions the following items are not permitted within the event site:

    • Alcohol (unless you are camping)

    • Soft drinks (unless you are camping)

    • Food (unless you are camping)

    • Any glass containers

    • Potential harmful fluids (for example paint stripper)

    • Weapons – bladed or pointed

    • Umbrellas

    • Flags or banners

    • Marker pens

    • Laser pens

    • Non-prescription drugs, including the previously described ‘legal highs’

    • Professional photography or recording equipment sound systems

    • Fireworks/Flares/Laser candle lights/Gas canisters/BBQ’s/

    • Sparklers

    • Any other type of explosive

    • Windbreakers/tents

    • Dogs (except guide/service dogs)

    • Bicycles

    • Aerosols, gas canisters or air horns

    • Drones

    • Gazebos (unless you are camping)

    If the above items are found either of the following may take place: 

    • Allow the person to leave the site of their own accord

    • Refuse entry

    • The person to surrender the items and allows to remain on site

    • The person has the items confiscated and is also evicted from site

  3. If you are camping, you have some specific exemptions and therefore can bring the following into the campsite (but not the main arena):

    • Alcohol (18 cans or 1 litre of spirit. No glass.)

    • Soft Drinks

    • Food

    • Gazebos

  4. Items which are surrendered or confiscated will not be returned. Any person who resists the surrender or confiscation of a banned item may be refused entry or evicted without refund.

  5. Wind breakers are not permitted on site.

FOOD & DRINK


  1. A Challenge 25 policy will be in operation at all bars. Acceptable forms of ID are a valid passport, valid photocard driving licence or a photo ID card with the National Proof Of Age Standards Scheme – PASS – logo.

  2. An empty reusable bottle of any size is permitted. Please use the free water refill points located around the event site

  3. No food or drink can be brought into the event site. If you need to bring specific food or drink for medical reasons, please contact our team info@thecambridgeclub.co.

  4. Limits of alcohol for campers: 18 cans and 1 litre of spirits or wine in a plastic bottle (per person). Drinks must stay in the campsite, and can't be taken into main arena. There will be searches on entry to the arena.

HEALTH & SAFETY


  1. You must comply with any instruction given by a member of security, steward or event team.

  2. Smoking is prohibited in enclosed public spaces, including tents.

  3. Pyrotechnics, smoke, strobe and other special effects may be used during performances

  4.  Prolonged exposure to loud music may cause damage to your hearing.

  5. Animals are not permitted in the event site with the exception of registered guide or assistance dogs.

  6. The event takes place outdoors, you are advised to bring appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for poor weather conditions.

  7. There is a zero-tolerance policy towards the use or possession of drugs and illegal substances.

ENVIRONMENT


  1. Please use the bins and recycling points located within and outside the event site.

  2. Please respect the land and the local residents.

LOSSES, DAMAGES & PERSONAL RISK


  1. The organisers accept no responsibility for any loss, damage or injury incurred at the event other than as a result of the organisers negligence.

  2. Attendance at the event and participation in any activity at the event is voluntary and at your own risk.

  3. The organiser may seek legal action and/or damages if you cause damage to the venue, property or cause harm or injury to another person whilst at the event site.

FILMING, MEDIA & PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITY


  1. Ticket holders give their express consent to the use of their actual or simulated likeness in connection with the production, exhibition, advertising or exploitation of any photographs, film, video and/or audio recording of this event and/or any element thereof in any/all media throughout the world. They also agree to being filmed by police or security staff for the purposes of helping ensure the security of customers and preventing crime.

  2. No retail, giveaways or any other form of promotional activity may take place within the event site or within the boundaries of the venue without written permission from the organiser.

  1. If before or during the Event you have a complaint in relation to the Event, please contact us or a steward/member of the event team promptly since complaints are very difficult to deal with after the Event.

COMPETITION TERMS & CONDITIONS


1- The promoter is: The Cambridge Club Festival whose registered office is at 2 Canal Reach, London N1C 4DB.

2- Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of The Cambridge Club Festival and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

3- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter competitions.

4- By entering any competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

5- Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter for competitions held and run via Instagram, Facebook and Twitter/X can be found via Instagram (@cambridgeclubfest), and/or Facebook (@thecambridgeclubuk), and/or Twitter/X (@cambridgeclubuk).

6- If the channel on which the competition is being held and run is different to the above, this will be clearly advertised in the promotion of the competition, including information on how to enter. Any partners or third parties will also be specified within promotion of the competition.

7- The rules of the competition and how to enter will be clearly outlined.

8- No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

9- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend competitions and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.

10- Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11- The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice. 

13- Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.

14- The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Instagram and/or Facebook within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

15- The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be collected / is delivered.

16- The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17- By entering a competition, the entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.

18- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

19- The winner agrees to the use of their name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.

21- Entry into competitions will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.

22- Competitions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other Social Network.
